Hefe Weiss is a refreshing, cloudy beer traditionally served in the beer gardens of Bavaria. Rosamunda, or "bad Rosie" is featured on this label. She refused to wear her dirndl for this picture. A beer with a banana and clove yeast profile, it is best served cold with a slice of lemon.
